How do I open a dispute on Iconsgarden?

While most issues can be handled successfully through basic, open dialogue with the designer (as both parties benefit from a favorable business relationship), some situations must be escalated into more formal requests.

By opening a dispute, you are officially stating that you are dissatisfied with some aspect of the designer's products and want them to take immediate action to remedy the situation.


A dispute is opened if:

  • Copyrights infringement
  • Download file corruption
  • Broken link


How to Open a Dispute

To begin the process, you need to Login and go to your Dashboard on the left menu bar please click on My Downloads as an image below



Choose the icon that you want to open a dispute, click on more section and choose Dispute



Please choose the reason and fill the information, link or proof



After filling the information



You can always add more infomation by leaving the comments and attach files. You can check your dispute status here:



How the Dispute process works

We are going to review your case and it usually takes from 4 to 5 business days, then you will recieve an email which shows link to your dispute case and you will also get the notification alerts. Our review team will open the conversation with you on your case as an image below



If no agreement is reached within the 15-day time period between you and our reviewers, we will open a dispute with the designer then get back to you within 4 or 5 business days.
