What to do when your icons are not uploading?

Very rarely, our icon upload tool might fail and, therefore, you will get an error message when trying to upload a new icon set to your Iconsgarden account. In the unfortunate case this happened to you, please write us an email at support@iconsgarden.com, including the following details: 

  • What format the icons are in: PSD, PNG etc.
  • What software you used to create the icons.
  • How many icons you were trying to upload.
  • Which browser you were using.

You can also send the icons in a ZIP archive attached to your email.
